Medstack projects in the lab
Medstack Ltd (Companies House No. 16439872) runs Monj and every project on this page. Five pipes run out of Monj: Compare (price comparison sites), Community, Give (good causes kept apart from the business), Build (systems for healthcare) and Vision (projects under wraps). Each project below lists its status and where to find it.
Monj is an independent price comparison index, not a pharmacy. No pharmacy pays for position on Monj, iGovy, Ogovy or Dayo.
Stage 1: Monj
The reactor where every pipe starts

Mounjaro price comparison. Status: Live.
Monj compares Mounjaro prices across UK pharmacies and ranks every listing by the lowest total price a patient pays. No pharmacy pays for position, and no badge or promotion changes the order.
Monj came first. One Mounjaro price list grew into every project on this map.
Monjour
The Monj community. Status: Live.
Monjour is the community beside Monj, where people on treatment compare notes and support each other.
Monjour began as the forum beside Monj, where people share discount codes and compare notes on treatment. Truv carries the idea forward inside Augo.
NHS payback system
Vision pipe. Status: Under wraps.
An ambitious system to help cut some costs in the NHS. The idea came from watching what medicines cost. More when the system is ready to show.
Stage 2: iGovy

iGovy
Wegovy injection prices. Status: Live.
The Monj ranking rule, applied to Wegovy pens. Lowest total patient price first, alphabetical on exact ties, no paid placement.
iGovy was the second site. The Monj ranking rule moved across to Wegovy pens unchanged.

Good causes
Set apart from the business. Status: Live.
The giving side of the network, kept apart on purpose so giving never mixes with commercial decisions. It feeds seven projects.
Charitable donations
A share of what the network earns. Status: Live.
A share of what the network earns goes to charitable causes. Donations come from Monj, iGovy, Ogovy and Dayo.
Websites for charity
Built free for good causes. Status: In development.
Websites for charities, built at no charge. The team builds websites for a living, so building some free for charities was the next step.
Monj Music
Music for charity. Status: In development.
Monj Music turns songs into money for charity. Press the record on this page to hear a track.
Smile Jar
Good cause. Status: Under wraps.
Held back for now. More once the shape of the project is settled.
Sidekickz
sidekickz.co.uk. Status: In development.
A UK platform giving young people a way to share a worry with a trusted adult, and helping schools respond.
A good cause built on Omni RX systems, so the Give and Build pipes both feed it. The system and apps are still in the build.
Glanced
Eye care in plain English. Status: Live.
Glanced explains sight, eye conditions and UK eye care in plain English. Free to read.
Built by the Omni RX team and funded by Medstack Ltd. Glanced started life as Eyesight and took the new name in October 2026.
Tube 7
Good cause. Status: Under wraps.
A seventh good cause is on the way. The name stays hidden for now.
Stage 4: Ogovy

Wegovy pill prices. Status: Live.
Prices for the oral Wegovy tablet across UK pharmacies, ranked the same way as Monj and iGovy.
Ogovy followed iGovy when Wegovy arrived as a daily tablet.
Stage 5: Dayo

Foundayo prices. Status: Live.
The newest comparison site, covering Foundayo (orforglipron). Launched as Frayo and renamed Dayo in August 2026, the fourth price site in the network.
Stage 6: Augo and Truv

Augo
Free health app. Status: Live.
Built and funded by Medstack Ltd, then given to users free. Nutrition, recipes, workouts, shot tracking and a community, with the Monj, iGovy, Ogovy and Dayo comparisons inside.
Always free. The only payment a member ever makes is a choice of their own to pay another person for a service.
Truv
The Augo community. Status: Live.
Truv is the community inside Augo, on a Medstack system. Truv picked up where Monjour started and launched alongside Augo.
White star
Vision pipe, past Augo. Status: Under wraps.
Held back for now. Nothing to show yet.
Stage 7: Omni RX

Omni RX
Healthcare systems and websites. Status: In development.
Affordable systems and websites for the healthcare sector.
Omni RX is a shared company. Medstack owns 50 percent and a partner owns the other 50 percent. Meduso, Bespoke systems and Sidekickz draw from Omni RX. None of this work has any bearing on Monj listings or ranking.
Meduso
Low cost pharmacy tools. Status: In development.
The software pharmacies need, priced so small independents can afford the tools. The aim is to cut technology overheads for a pharmacy by half or more. Meduso is the first of several projects for pharmacists.
Bespoke systems
Built to order. Status: In development.
Custom systems built to order for healthcare organisations, on a low-cost footing.
