What he does

Tracks the price a patient actually pays for weight management medicines at GPhC registered UK online pharmacies, dose by dose, including consultation and delivery. Every price on Monj is confirmed against the pharmacy’s own checkout and logged with the time it was checked; changes are recorded and published in each page’s update log.

How he checks

Pharmacy premises are verified on the General Pharmaceutical Council register and certificates are checked manually before a pharmacy is listed. Discount codes are tested at checkout before publication. Maintenance, BMI and restart policies are collected from pharmacies directly through the Monj pharmacy questionnaire and published as filters.

What he is not

Not a pharmacist, prescriber or clinician, and does not give medical advice. His background is in IT and data, which is why the sites concentrate on what can be measured and verified: prices, registrations, policies and public records. Clinical content is drawn from the MHRA, the electronic medicines compendium, NICE and the NHS, and is cited on each page.

Background

Nick founded Medstack Ltd in 2025 after watching the private GLP-1 market grow with no independent way for patients to compare the real cost of treatment or check who they were buying from. Monj, the first site, began as a Mounjaro price tracker and now holds a live record of more than 2,300 individual price points across around 70 UK pharmacies, with iGovy, Ogovy and Dayo covering Wegovy injections, the Wegovy tablet and Foundayo on the same rules.

The working principle across all four sites is that no pharmacy or manufacturer can pay for a listing, a ranking, a badge or favourable wording. Listings are ordered by the patient’s total price, commission never affects inclusion or order, and at least 20% of annual profits is pledged to charity. Corrections and accountability

If a price, code, registration number or policy on any Medstack site is wrong, Nick wants to know and will correct it. Reports go through the contact page; corrections are made against the primary source and the page’s update log records the change. Pharmacies that cannot be verified, or that are found to be misrepresenting themselves, are removed from every site.
