Cheapest Place to Buy Mounjaro in the UK: How to Compare Prices Properly

Compare the total, not the headline

A Mounjaro price comparison only works if every pharmacy is measured the same way: the same pen, the same dose, everything you will actually be charged. The number that matters is pen price plus consultation fee plus delivery, minus any working discount code. Two pharmacies advertising the same headline can differ by £20 or more once those appear at checkout. What actually changes the price you pay

• The dose. Price rises as you titrate, and the pharmacy that leads at 2.5mg is often mid-table at 10mg. Compare at the dose you expect to stay on, not the one you start on. Our cost by dose guide shows the current range at each strength.
• First order versus repeat. Welcome discounts hide a higher ongoing price. Treatment usually runs a year or more, so the repeat price is the one to compare.
• Consultation and delivery. Some pharmacies bundle both, others add them at checkout. Delivery alone ranges from free to around £8.
• Subscriptions and plans. Recurring plans can be cheaper per month but harder to pause if you need a break or your dose changes. Three, six and twelve month plans look good on the first screen and can cost hundreds if you stop early.

How to compare in five minutes

1. Decide the dose you are comparing at. If you are starting, compare 2.5mg and 5mg together, since you will be on 5mg within a month.
2. Open the discount price list. It shows every verified pharmacy’s total at that dose with any working code applied, delivery included.
3. Check the repeat price, not just the first-order price, for your top two or three.

Comparing safely, not just cheaply

Every pharmacy on Monj is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and runs a genuine consultation, because that is what the law requires. Within the regulated market, cheaper is not less safe: the pen is identical, manufactured by Eli Lilly, whatever the pharmacy charges.
