Mounjaro Price Match Which UK Pharmacies Match, and How to Claim

MedExpress runs a formal price-match policy with the most detailed conditions of any UK pharmacy we track. At our last check it applied only to a named list of competitors (the larger online doctors and chains such as Boots Online Doctor, Superdrug Online Doctor, Zava, Numan and Pharmacy2U), to identical products in stock at both, and to publicly advertised regular prices rather than codes or promotions. Claims are made by email or support form within 7 days of purchase and, if approved, the difference is issued as account credit capped at £40 for future orders. Two conditions are easy to miss: the order must be at least £99.99 to qualify, and the claim fails if you used any other discount, code, credit or referral on that order, so a price match and a discount code cannot be combined. One claim per order. Smaller pharmacies, which are often the cheapest, have been refused as not meeting its terms.

• Best for: people already with MedExpress who have found a cheaper regular price at one of its named competitors.
• Weak for: matching the true market floor, which is usually a smaller pharmacy.

Zava does not advertise a price match prominently but, at our last check, would match a competitor's regular advertised price on weight-loss medicines up to a £50 difference. You send a screenshot of the competitor's standard price, place your order as normal, and once the order is approved the difference is refunded manually, taking two to three working days to appear. Contact is by email or through the message centre in your account.

• Best for: staying with Zava when a rival's regular price is up to £50 lower.
• Weak for: discounted prices, which are excluded, and gaps above the cap.

At our last check IQ Doctor would match competitors' deals and offers, not just regular prices, which makes it one of the most generous policies available, from a pharmacy that is already among the cheapest at most doses. The match is arranged before you order by phone, contact form or support centre. Doses in short supply have been excluded in the past, so ask.

• Best for: matching a discounted price without switching.
• Weak for: after-the-fact claims; it is a pre-order arrangement.

Farmeci, a smaller pharmacy, offered a no-quibble match of competitors' deals at our last check, arranged by email before you order. Send a screenshot of the competitor's advertised price and its delivery charge. There is a limit to how far it will go, so a stacked double discount is not achievable, but for a straightforward "they are cheaper" request it has been quick and responsive.

• Applies to GPhC-registered UK online pharmacies only, with the product in stock and listed on the competitor's own site.
• Not available against in-store offers, third-party sellers or subscription rates; approved codes are single-use and cannot be combined.
