Dr Zamiel Hussain (GMC 7486123), a GP with a special interest in lifestyle medicine, leads the clinical side. Nikki Coughlan, a registered nutritional therapist, heads coaching. Mark Fearon leads activity and strength coaching. Your coach works with you on food, movement, sleep and mindset for the whole programme.

Monthly doctor reviews, dose changes and side-effect support sit inside the fee, and everything runs through the Everwell app. Options include weekly injections, daily tablets and a capsule sold without prescription.
