A business to business pharmacy

Blueco and Onescript run no patient service of their own. Neither company sells to the public.
The providers Onescript works with are independent businesses. Blueco does not own them. They are customers of Onescript.
Onescript is the only pharmacy premises Blueco owns or operates. In the past, other pharmacies did some of the dispensing for Blueco. For this reason, older provider pages may show a different pharmacy name. Onescript now does all of the dispensing.
Onescript says the company is building a public tool for patients. The tool will let you check whether a provider works with Onescript and meets the “Onescript Partner Standard”.
What LillyDirect is
LillyDirect is a UK service from Eli Lilly. Lilly offers the service to private, regulated UK healthcare companies. The service starts once a prescription exists. A dispensing partner then dispenses the medicine and delivers the order to your home.
The Pharmacist reported the UK launch on 29 June 2026. At launch, LillyDirect covers private prescriptions of Mounjaro (tirzepatide). The clinicians at the prescribing provider keep full responsibility for prescribing decisions. Lilly says the company plays no role in clinical decisions. The two named dispensing partners were Onescript by Blueco Healthcare and Pharmacy2U.
On 2 August 2026, Pharmacy Business reported Lilly had opened the scheme to more GPhC regulated UK pharmacies with private weight management services. Onescript and Pharmacy2U were still the two contracted dispensing partners.
How a LillyDirect order moves
- Your provider assesses you and decides whether to prescribe.
- The provider sends an electronic prescription to a LillyDirect dispensing partner, such as Onescript.
- The dispensing partner dispenses the medicine and posts the order to you.
