2 and 3 pen combos

Mounjaro multi-pen prices: two or three pens in one order

Pick the dose of each pen. Pens must be the same dose or one step apart. Prices are each pharmacy's own retail price per pen, minus that pharmacy's multi-pen discount, plus delivery once.

Choose a dose for every pen to see prices.

Totals are the pharmacy's advertised retail price per pen, less its multi-pen discount, plus one delivery charge. Always check the pharmacy's own checkout before ordering.

How we calculate a bundle total

Pen 1 retail price plus pen 2 (plus pen 3) retail price, minus that pharmacy’s own bundle discount, plus that pharmacy’s own delivery charged once. We never mix one pharmacy’s pen price with another’s discount or postage.

Which combinations appear

Same dose pairs (for example 5mg + 5mg) and one step apart pairs (2.5mg + 5mg). Three pen bundles are three of the same dose or a consecutive step up such as 2.5mg + 5mg + 7.5mg. Wider jumps are not sold and are not shown.

What is a Mounjaro bundle?

Short answer: a Mounjaro bundle is two or three KwikPens bought from one UK pharmacy in a single order, at a lower total than buying each pen separately. Each pen holds four weekly doses, so a 2 pen bundle covers about two months and a 3 pen bundle about three months. Pharmacies also call them multi-pen packs, 2 packs, 3 month packs or multi-buy deals.

Bundles appeared in 2025 as pharmacies competed on price for repeat customers. The medicine is identical to a single pen order: the same Lilly KwikPen, dispensed against the same prescription, after the same online assessment. What changes is the checkout maths. Instead of paying delivery on every order and full retail per pen, you pay one delivery charge and a per-bundle discount that is usually bigger than any single pen code.

Two kinds of bundle

Same dose bundles

Two or three pens of one strength, for example 5mg + 5mg. Right for anyone settled on a dose, on maintenance, or repeating a dose their prescriber has asked them to hold for longer.

Step up bundles

Pens that follow the titration ladder, for example 2.5mg + 5mg or 5mg + 7.5mg + 10mg. Built for people moving up a dose every four weeks under the standard schedule.

How to read a bundle price

Pharmacy adverts quote bundles in different ways: a flat price, a percentage off, a fixed pound saving, or “from” pricing that only applies to the lowest dose. Our table strips that back to five things so every pharmacy is judged on the same footing.

ColumnWhat it meansWhat to check
Pen pricesEach pen at that pharmacy’s normal retail price for that dose. Are the retail prices themselves competitive, or is a big discount hiding an inflated starting point?
Bundle discountThe pharmacy’s own saving for buying together, with the code if one is needed.Does the discount apply to your exact pair? Some pharmacies exclude 2 x 2.5mg or the top doses.
DeliveryCharged once for the whole order.Free delivery on a bundle can be worth £5 to £10 on its own.
TotalEverything above added up. This is what we rank by.Match it against the pharmacy’s basket before you pay; prices move daily.
Per pen, per monthTotal divided by the number of pens. One pen is four weekly doses, roughly one month.Compare this figure with the cheapest single pen for the same dose to see the true saving.

Prices on this page are pulled from the same verified pharmacy data that powers our discount price list. Bundle discounts are entered per combination for each pharmacy, because a pharmacy can price 2.5mg + 5mg differently from 5mg + 5mg, and can decline to bundle some pairs at all. Bundle or single pens: which is cheaper for you?

Rule of thumb: a bundle wins if you are confident you will use every pen at the dose ordered. It loses if there is a fair chance your dose changes, you pause, or you stop. The saving per pen is real but modest; a pen you cannot use is a total loss. For the full decision, including the returns rule most pharmacies do not advertise, read Are Mounjaro bundles worth it?

A bundle usually makes sense when

You are on maintenance or a dose you have tolerated for two or more months. You are following the standard step up and a step up bundle matches your next two or three pens. You pay for delivery on single orders. You want fewer assessments and fewer chances of a gap between pens.

Stick to single pens when

You are on your first month and do not yet know how you react. Side effects may mean holding or reducing a dose. Money is tight this month; the per pen saving rarely justifies paying three months up front under strain. You are thinking of switching pharmacy soon.

Worked example

Say a pharmacy lists 5mg at £180 a pen with £4.95 delivery. Two single orders cost £369.90. Its 2 x 5mg bundle at £330 with free delivery saves £39.90, or about £20 a pen. Against the cheapest single 5mg pen on our 5mg price page the saving may be smaller or disappear, which is why the table shows per pen figures and a retail view side by side. Illustrative figures only; use the live table for today’s prices.

Do not buy a bundle to “get ahead” beyond what your prescriber has agreed. Pharmacies dispense against a prescription for a specific plan, and a reputable one will not sell three 15mg pens to someone starting at 2.5mg. If a pharmacy will sell any dose to anyone in any quantity, that is a red flag, not a bargain.

Bundles versus subscriptions

Bundles and subscriptions both aim to keep you with one pharmacy, but they work differently and suit different people.

Bundle

One order, two or three pens, one payment. No ongoing commitment after the pens arrive. Easy to compare because the total is fixed.

Subscription

A pen sent every four weeks at a recurring price, often with a first order discount. Sometimes tied to a minimum term, so check the cancellation rules.

Pay as you go

One pen per order at the list price with any single pen code. Maximum flexibility, usually the highest cost per pen over time.

Where a pharmacy offers all three, its bundle is often the cheapest way to buy a fixed number of pens and its subscription the cheapest over six months or more. Subscription prices and terms are covered on How Pricing Works and in the pharmacy cards on the discount price list.

Storing two or three pens safely

A bundle means pens sitting at home for up to three months, so storage matters more than it does with a single pen.

  • Keep spare pens in the fridge at 2°C to 8°C, in their carton, away from the freezer compartment. Do not freeze a pen; a frozen pen must not be used.
  • Out of the fridge, a pen may be kept below 30°C for up to 30 days according to the manufacturer’s UK product information. That allowance covers the pen you are currently using, not a whole bundle left on a shelf.
  • Check the expiry date on every pen when the parcel arrives. The pen you use last should have the longest date. Ask the pharmacy for a replacement if any pen will expire before you reach it.
  • A pen must be used within 30 days of the first dose, then disposed of as sharps. Our KwikPen disposal guide explains what to do with the empty pen.
  • Travelling with several pens? Read Travelling With Mounjaro before you pack them.

Bundle prices by dose

Use the combo picker in the table for any pair. If you want to sanity check a bundle against single pen prices, these pages rank every pharmacy for one dose at a time.

Mounjaro bundle questions

What is the cheapest Mounjaro bundle in the UK?

It changes daily, which is why the table above is live rather than a fixed figure. Pick your combo and the first row is the lowest delivered total we list today. As a guide, 2 x 2.5mg is normally the cheapest pair and 3 x 15mg the most expensive.

Can I buy a 3 month supply of Mounjaro in one order?

Yes, where a pharmacy offers a 3 pen bundle and its prescriber agrees the plan. Three pens is three months at one pen a month. Expect a reputable pharmacy to ask about your current dose and how you have tolerated it before dispensing three months at once.

Do bundle prices include delivery?

On this page, always. We add each pharmacy’s own delivery charge once to its bundle price, so the total in the table is the amount you pay. Some pharmacy adverts leave delivery out, so a bundle that looks £5 cheaper elsewhere may not be.

Can I bundle two different doses?

Yes, if the doses are one step apart on the ladder, such as 2.5mg + 5mg or 10mg + 12.5mg. Pharmacies do not sell bundles that skip a step, because that would not match a safe titration plan.

Is a bundle cheaper than a subscription?

For a fixed two or three pens, a bundle is usually cheaper. Over six months or longer, a subscription with a strong recurring price can work out lower per pen, but you are tied to that pharmacy and its terms. Compare both on the pharmacy cards in our discount price list.

Do I need a new assessment for each pen in a bundle?

No. A bundle is one prescription covering all the pens in the order. You will be asked to check in as normal before your next order, and you should contact the pharmacy sooner if side effects or your circumstances change.

What happens if I need to change dose mid-bundle?

Contact the pharmacy first. Some will swap an unopened pen for a different dose, some will not. This is the main financial risk of bundling, and the reason we suggest single pens for your first month or two on any new dose.

Are supermarket or high street bundles listed?

Any GPhC registered UK pharmacy that publishes a bundle price and passes our manual certificate checks can appear. If a pharmacy you are considering is missing, it either has not been verified yet or does not currently sell a bundle we can price.
