What makes Mounjaro cost more or less
Seven things decide the total you pay at checkout. The medicine is the same Lilly pen at every pharmacy.
Your dose
Higher strengths cost more. At the cheapest pharmacy, 15mg costs around £219 a month against £89 for 2.5mg.
First-order offers
Many discount codes cut the first order only. Check the price from month two before you sign up.
Fees at checkout
Most pharmacies include the consultation and prescription. A few add them on top of the pen price.
Delivery

Bundles and subscriptions
