Mounjaro tracker apps in the UK
Eight GLP-1 tracker apps, listed alphabetically, with everything each one does, the country it is built in and what it actually costs if you are paying in pounds. Base country matters more than it sounds: it decides which regulator you complain to, whether you are billed in sterling, and whether a foreign transaction fee lands on top.
All eight at a glance
Alphabetical. Costs are what a UK user pays; where an app prices through the App Store or Play Store rather than in pounds, that is said plainly rather than converted into a number that will be wrong by next month.

One app that does everything, or one that does one thing properly
Augo is the general-purpose option: it covers the whole weekly routine and pairs that with UK pricing and treatment information, but it is not the deepest at any single job. Every other app on this page is built around one strength. This table is the honest version of that trade-off.
| What you want to do | Augo, the all-rounder | The specialist to use instead |
|---|---|---|
| Log the weekly shot and get reminded | Yes | Everything here does this. Shotsy is the most polished. |
| Track dose steps through titration | Yes | OneGLP, which keeps the whole history and exports it |
| Rotate injection sites | Yes | GlucoPal or Shotsy, both with a visual site map |
| Log weight and side effects | Yes | Shotsy, which ties side effects to dose, site, food and water |
| Log food and protein | Basic logging | MeAgain, by photo, voice, barcode or search |
| See an estimated medication level curve | No | Glapp.io, free. OneGLP and Shotsy have one behind their paid tiers. |
| Understand where you are in the shot cycle | No | Glapp.io, with its six-phase hunger and energy model |
| Progress photos and before-and-after time-lapses | No | GlucoPal, which is built around exactly this |
| Export a summary for your prescriber | No | OneGLP or Shotsy, both produce a PDF |
| Work out reconstitution for research peptides | No | Pep, with a calculator and a 75+ compound library |
| Keep everything on the device with no account | No, it is a web app | OneGLP, local-first with no in-app account |
| See what your medicine costs across UK pharmacies | Yes, this is what it is built around | Nothing else on this page does UK pricing |
Plenty of people run two: a specialist for the thing they care about most, and something general for the weekly log. Nothing here stops you exporting from one and keeping records in another, though only OneGLP and Shotsy make that easy.
Every app in full
Each card lists the complete feature set, with premium-only features marked, followed by the exact pricing position and who is behind the app.
Augo
Medstack Ltd · United Kingdom
The general-purpose option on this page. It covers the whole weekly routine, from logging the shot to tracking dose steps, weight and side effects, and pairs that with the UK pricing and treatment information the Medstack sites publish. It is not the deepest at any one of those jobs, which is the trade-off: one app instead of three, with less depth in each.
Everything it does
- Weekly injection logging with reminders
- Dose step tracking across the titration schedule
- Weight and measurement history with charts
- Side effect notes tied to dose and date
- Food and protein logging
- Injection site rotation
- Works on any device through the browser, no app store account needed
- No sign-up wall to start logging
What it costs in the UK
No paid tier, no adverts and no card details at any point. Augo is funded by Medstack Ltd rather than by its users.

Dose Diary
DoseDiary Ltd · United Kingdom
A UK-built tracker that installs from the browser rather than an app store, which keeps it off Apple’s and Google’s tracking rails. The free tier covers the weekly routine; premium is about keeping and reviewing long histories.
Everything it does
- Weekly injection logging with reminders
- Weight and progress tracking
- Side effect journaling
- Cross-device sync through the web app
- Installs to the home screen without an app store account
- Dose history timeline
- Extended historical tracking and long-range review (premium)

Glapp.io
Glapp, Inc. · United States
The shot-cycle specialist. Alongside the usual logging it draws an estimated medication level curve and runs a six-phase model of the week that predicts when hunger and energy are likely to shift. If your question is why day four feels different from day six, this is the app built to answer it.
Everything it does
- Injection logging with an estimated medication level graph, free
- Six-phase shot-cycle model predicting hunger and energy shifts through the week
- Weight tracking and progress reports
- Side effect logging, including food noise
- Food and phase notes
- Apple Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android
- Full account and data deletion
- Runs in any browser as well as on both phone platforms
- Glapp Max: extended analysis and reporting tools
What it costs in the UK
The annual plan is a third of the monthly rate, so if you are going to pay at all, pay yearly. Prices are quoted in dollars and no sterling figure is published, so expect your card issuer’s exchange rate and possibly a foreign transaction fee on top. The part most people want, the medication level graph, stays free.
Where it is based, and who runs it
- Based: Dover, Delaware, United States
- Runs on: Web browser plus native iPhone and Android apps
- Operated by: Glapp, Inc.
- Data protection: States GDPR compliance and a legal basis for processing
- UK regulator: No UK ICO registration found, which is normal for a US company
- Privacy policy: glapp.io/privacy-policy
- Contact: hi@glapp.io
GlucoPal
The Manhattan App Studio LLC · United States
The progress photo specialist. Everything else it does is competent, but the reason to pick it is the private photo timeline that turns into a before-and-after time-lapse you can keep or share. It also handles daily pills properly, which not every tracker does.
Everything it does
- Progress photos stored privately, with before-and-after time-lapse animations
- Injection dose logging with an automatic site rotation map
- Daily pill tracking for the Wegovy pill, Rybelsus and Foundayo, not just weekly injections
- Titration step and dose history with next-dose reminders
- Weight trends with weekly averages and progress charts
- Protein, calorie and water logging: photograph a meal for an AI macro estimate, or search the meal database
- Side effects, mood and cravings tied to the dose timeline
- Estimated medication level chart
- Apple Health sync for steps, activity, weight, water and meals
- Calorie goals that adjust to your actual activity
- Milestone celebrations across fifteen steps to your goal
- Export your history as a doctor-ready summary
- No account required
- Six languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Czech and Portuguese
- No Android version
What it costs in the UK
GlucoPal runs a wide spread of concurrent Pro offers, so two people can be shown very different figures. The weekly tier works out at roughly ten times the annual price over a year, which is worth noticing before you tap it. Check what your own store quotes.

MeAgain
Dots Future Technologies · United States
The food logging specialist, and the second most reviewed app on this page. You can log a meal four ways: photograph it, say it out loud, scan the barcode or search for it. If the thing you keep failing at on treatment is hitting your protein rather than remembering your shot, this is the one.
Everything it does
- Meal logging by photo, voice, barcode or search
- GLP-1 injection tracking
- Weight tracking
- Side effect logging
- Progress charts
- Native apps on iPhone, iPad and Android
- Full feature set behind the subscription, including advanced nutrition analytics

Pep
Shred Apps, LLC · United States
The outlier here, and the only one that is not really a GLP-1 app. Pep goes well beyond the licensed medicines into research peptides, with reconstitution maths and a compound library behind it. Most people on a Mounjaro prescription do not need any of that, and it is the only app on this page with no free tier.
Everything it does
- Reconstitution calculator for working out concentration and draw volume
- Research library covering 75+ compounds
- Dose logging with estimated medication levels over time
- Dose reminders built around your routine
- Injection site rotation
- Side effects, hydration, protein, fibre and calorie logging
- Body measurements and progress photos
- Weight and progress charts
- Runs on iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac and Android
- No free tier: a subscription is required to use it
What it costs in the UK
Pep is the only app here you cannot try without paying, so check the price your own store quotes before committing. If you only take a prescribed GLP-1 and have no interest in research peptides, the free options above cover the same ground.

Shotsy
Shotsy Co. · United States
The best known GLP-1 tracker, with over a million downloads and the most detailed charts of anything here, including multi-medication levels and progress broken down by injection site and dose. It was built by Aja Beckett, a software engineer who started it during her own treatment, and its chief science officer is a former Chief Scientist for Informatics at the US FDA. The free tier is genuinely usable; the charts most people want are paid.
Everything it does
- Dose logging for injections and daily pills in one tap
- Covers Ozempic, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda, Victoza, Trulicity, compounded and custom
- Multiple simultaneous medicines with separate schedules
- Dose reminders, countdowns and next-dose notifications
- Injection site rotation
- Side effect and positive effect logging
- Weight tracking with trend charts
- Calorie, protein and water logging
- Basic stats including BMI
- iCloud or local backup and restore
- Runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Vision and Android
- 17 languages
- Estimated medication level chart (premium)
- Data export (premium)
- Apple Health sync (premium)
- Progress broken down by injection site and dose (premium)
What it costs in the UK
Shotsy is priced in pounds on the UK App Store, which is unusual for a US app and means no conversion fee. It runs several concurrent tiers, so two people can open the same paywall and see different numbers: the monthly options span £7.09 to £12.99 and the yearly ones £29.99 to £39.99. If you are offered the £29.99 annual tier, that is the cheapest way in, and it undercuts the monthly rate by roughly two thirds. The estimated medication level chart, data export and Apple Health sync all sit behind the paywall.
Where it is based, and who runs it
- Based: United States. No postal address is published; the App Store seller is Shotsy Co.
- Runs on: iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Vision and Android
- Operated by: Shotsy Co.
- Data protection: App Store privacy label declares health, user content, usage and diagnostic data collected but not linked to identity
- UK regulator: No UK ICO registration found. Apple’s EEA listing notes Shotsy Co. has not identified itself as a trader, so EEA consumer rights may not apply
- Privacy policy: shotsyapp.com/privacy
- Terms: Terms of use
Protecting your health data in a tracker app
A GLP-1 tracker holds your doses, weight, symptoms and often photos of your body. UK GDPR treats health information as special category data. Check how an app handles yours before you log a single dose.
- Read the privacy label first. Every App Store listing has an “App Privacy” section and every Google Play listing has “Data safety”. Look for health data marked as linked to you or used for tracking.
- Decide where your records live. OneGLP and GlucoPal work with no account and keep records on the phone. Dose Diary syncs through its web app, so your records follow you across devices and sit on the provider’s servers.
- Check the company’s home country. A UK company answers to the ICO, and you complain there if something goes wrong. The US apps on this page show no ICO registration in our checks, so a UK complaint route is less direct.
- Keep your own copy. OneGLP exports CSV and JSON for free. Shotsy exports on its paid tier. A saved file protects your history if an app closes, changes owner or moves features behind a paywall.
- Know the delete route before you sign up. Glapp lists full account and data deletion. For the others, find the delete steps in the privacy policy before you start.
- Lock down progress photos. Use Face ID or a passcode on your phone, and check whether your photos back up to iCloud or Google Photos. Before-and-after pictures often show your face and your home.
- Give read-only health access. Connect Apple Health or Health Connect only for the data the app needs. OneGLP reads from Apple Health and never writes back.
Every point here comes from each developer’s own listings and policies. Monj has not audited the security of any app on this page.
Augo is operated by Medstack Ltd, the company that operates this website. It is listed here on the same terms as every other app, and its entry describes what it does rather than rating it against the others. Prices, features and company details were checked on 14 September 2026 from each app’s own website, its App Store or Play Store listing and its published legal pages. App pricing changes often and store prices vary by region and by the offer you are shown, so confirm the figure in your own store before you subscribe.
