Numan’s 3, 6 and 12 month plans: read this before you commit
Numan takes 12% off for a 3-month commitment, 14% for 6 months and 16% for 12 months. The 12-month plan is for new patients only. Paying 3 months upfront also gets 16% off. Each discount comes off Numan’s own price, which sits well above the cheapest pharmacy for every dose.
- Even the 12-month plan is still dearer. 2.5mg at 16% off is £183.96 a month, still £91.96 more than the cheapest pharmacy. On 15mg the gap after 16% off is £79.56 more a month.
- Over a year, about £1,100 more. Pay Numan’s 12-month plan rate for 2.5mg and you spend roughly £1,104 more than the cheapest pharmacy over the same 12 pens.
- You are locked in. Numan does not let you pause or cancel during a plan. Leave early and you pay an exit fee based on the deliveries left. Dose changes, side effects or a cheaper price elsewhere do not end the commitment. Check Numan’s own commitment terms before you sign.
- Cheapest pharmacies have no commitment. One pen, one order, switch any time. Many also sell 2 and 3 pen bundles at a lower total than Numan’s plan rate.

What Numan’s Mounjaro price includes
Numan sells Mounjaro as a programme, not a pen. The monthly price covers the prescribed KwikPen (four weekly doses), prescriber review, delivery and access to the Numan app and support. Every other GPhC-registered pharmacy on Monj supplies the same Lilly KwikPen against the same online assessment. The price differs, and so does whether support tools come bundled in.
Plain English: you are paying the difference for the app and programme wrapper, not for a different medicine. If you want that, fine. If you want the pen at the lowest price, the live price list shows every dose, every pharmacy, cheapest first.

Yes. Numan supplies Mounjaro on a rolling monthly programme, with optional 3, 6 and 12 month commitment plans that take 12%, 14% or 16% off Numan’s own price. The 12-month plan is for new patients only. The discount only applies while you stay on the plan.
Is Mounjaro cheaper without Numan?
