Mounjaro Delivery Options vary slightly between UK-registered online pharmacies.
When you order Mounjaro from one of these pharmacies, your parcel is usually sent using a tracked courier.
Most pharmacies use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day, however some use DHL, UPS, Evri, or Yodel.

Each courier has its own delivery process and set of options, but delivery times for Mounjaro should normally fall within 24 to 48 hours once dispatched. DPD Mounjaro Delivery Options

Manage or Redirect Your Mounjaro Parcel

To change the delivery address, you’ll need to contact the sender directly, as pharmacies must authorise any address change for prescription orders.

You can also:

Although UPS is not often used for Mounjaro deliveries, it offers flexible options via its Change Delivery tool.

  • Reschedule delivery to a later date.

If your delivery needs a signature, the UPS driver keeps the parcel with them and does not leave it unattended.

Through Evri’s Diversions service, you can:

  • Change your delivery day.
  • Send your parcel to a neighbour or locker.
  • Nominate a safe place, provided it is sheltered and out of public view.

Yodel: Safe Place or Neighbour Delivery

If your pharmacy uses Yodel, you can check available options by entering your parcel number on their tracking page.
You may also be able to:

  • Nominate a safe place such as a porch, garage, or shed.
  • Request delivery to a neighbour if a signature is required.

Whenever Yodel hands your parcel to a neighbour, the driver follows up by posting a card through your letterbox with the delivery details.

If You Miss Your Mounjaro Delivery

Most UK pharmacies require a signature or delivery confirmation for prescription-only medicines.
If you miss your delivery, you can quickly rearrange, redirect, or collect your parcel through your courier’s website or app.
