Some even go further—they’ll match discounted offers, not just regular prices.
This means you could stay with a pharmacy you trust and still get the lowest possible price.
Why Price Matching Makes Sense
- You don’t need to switch pharmacies unless you want to
- No need to show proof of a lower price every 4 weeks
- Avoid inflated pricing used to push fake “discounts”
- Some pharmacies match even promotional prices
Two Types of Price Matching
Not all pharmacies offer the same kind of match. It breaks down like this:
1. Full Price Match – Including Offers (Best)
This section may be important for a lot of users, as most price match offers are used mostly by a number of pharmacies, and they don’t include any promotional deals. If you’re looking for a price match with a promotion applied, head to the Discount Price List.
2. Full Price Match (Better!)
Matches regular prices only. No discount codes or promos.
3 .Selective Price Match
Some companies only provide price matching with a limited number of providers, which may not always offer the most competitive prices. For example, MedExpress, listed below, has a price‑match policy with specific conditions that may not be immediately clear to all customers.

For full price matching, always refer to the discount price list, it is updated almost daily, whereas the retail list remains more static.

Chemist4u is the only company they price match with:
For 2.5mg, you will receive £21.99 credit, and for 5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg & 15mg, you will receive £15.99 credit. NOTE: for 7.5mg you will receive only £5.99 credit.
MedExpress’ current price match is somewhat restrictive, it only offers a price match against a select number of companies.
If you are unhappy with the treatment or feel that a pharmacy has misled you, please make a complaint directly to them.
The other thing to do, with any company is to leave a review.

MedExpress to be fair have offered some of the biggest discounts previously – the current offering is quite lean and maybe unappealing for returning customers, they say they are constantly review offers and terms, so keep an eye out for any potential upcoming offers.
Price Match Criteria
- Identical Product: The competitor’s item must exactly match the one you wish to price match, including brand, size, quantity, and strength.
- Stock Availability: For price match, both MedExpress.co.uk and the competitor should have the product in stock and ready for delivery.
- Publicly Advertised Price: It must advertise the competitor’s price publicly and exclude any promotional offers, discounts, or voucher codes.
- Price Match Scope: MedExpress will match the price of a product, excluding delivery charges and other associated services
- No Combined Offers: You cannot combine other promotional offers or vouchers with a price match.
- Service Conditions: Similar service conditions should include consultation fees, delivery costs, and timelines.
- Timeframe: To claim a price match, you must submit your request within 7 days of your purchase.
- Prescription Fees: Finally, all prices should account for any delivery and prescription fees that the competitor charges.
- Wholesale: We are unable to match wholesale pricing or the rates offered by suppliers that exclusively cater to registered clinicians. Competitors for our price matching include:

Advice to get a price match without hassle (Not guaranteed!)
- Provide a screenshot of the page of the competitor’s prices. (not the Monj page)
- Additionally, it may help to provide a link to the page. (not the Monj page)
- Make clear the competitor offer is not “promotional offer”.
- Inform them that needles and swabs are included, and you have verified this.
- Advise them that this price is not for a subscription service.
- Don’t forget to make them aware, you have read their “price match policy”

Zava Mounjaro Price Match
The website does not make the Price Match clear, but they do price match, with a maximum of £50 off the list price.
Zava offers a Price Match for weight loss medication ONLY; however, they first require you to send a screenshot of the RRP that a competitor advertises and quotes. (This must be the standard RRP before anyone applies any discounts.)
Moreover, please note, they only offer a price match of up to a £50 difference. If the difference is greater than this, they say then let them know – Unclear if they would increase the credit or not.
If you place an order with Zava like normal and it is approved, you will manually receive a refund to the value of the difference (max £50) once the transaction is completed. Please note, the refund will take 2 – 3 working days to appear back in your account.

Chemist 4 U Price Matching
Chemist 4 U have a limited price match policy, similar to MedExpress, where by the companies matched are restricted, they are clearly listed on the Chemist 4 U – Price Promise Page.
They will match the product price (excluding delivery fees or additional services) with the pharmacies listed on their Price Promise page. If the pharmacy where you found a price difference isn’t listed, simply select the “Other” option when submitting your request. A team member will review and evaluate your submission.
Cured Pharmacy Price Matching
With Cured Pharmacy, you just need to email them a link to the price before ordering. The item must be in stock, not part of any promotion, and they’ll match the price if it’s valid.
Price Match Mounjaro

Furthermore, the process is straightforward and a simple email will do, and Farmeci is on the pulse with the current pricing of the competition and seems to offer a no quibble price match service.
Please note: Farmeci does have a limit on what they can offer in terms of a price match, something like the double price match is not achievable, but check with them!

How It Works – Simple Online Pharmacy Price Match
